I have what I think may be a unique touch - my dad was FDNY and died in the line of duty. I got someone from his firehouse to get me an FDNY patch to sew under my gown as my blue and this was he can walk me down the aisle.
Hi Elizabeth, I love the Christmas tree skirt idea. Now I wish I still had my dress. And Eileen, such a beautiful and touching gesture to honor your dad. It makes my heart sing. Sorry that it took me so long to reply. I just had a baby and time just gets away from me. xo
I pick out blue dresses from the dress boutique and get my nails done blue but the way you do is unreal!
Idea number 10!! Absolutely amazing!
